The Computing Centre helpdesk is the first point of contact for all computing need of both staff and students. Enquires can be made via phone (Internal: x57070, External: 93857070), email to helpdesk@maths.unsw.edu.au or by coming to the helpdesk window that is located in the M020 computing lab in the Red Centre.

When you contact the helpdesk with a problem, the person who gets the information will solve it if it is possible for them to do so. Otherwise it will be passed on to the appropriate system administrator.
