Majors in Mathematics Combined with Arts Mathematics can be taken as a second major within Arts. See the full rules for the BA degree here. A better option is to take a Mathematics major in the combined Science / Arts degree whose full rules are here or one of the Mathematics plans in the Advanced Mathematics / Arts degree whose full rules are here. Mathematics as a second major in Arts (MATHM13400) A major sequence in Mathematics within the Arts degree requires a student to complete 42 units of credit in MATH courses, including 12 UOC in Level 1 Courses (MATH1131 or MATH1141, MATH1231 or MATH1241) and 30 units of credit in which:
