The UNSW School of Mathematics and Statistics runs a series of annual workshops called "Girls Do The Maths". These workshops aim to provide an overview to senior female high school students (years 11 and 12) who are interested in mathematics, and want information about possible career directions involving mathematics.
The workshops feature a range of sessions and presentations, plus talks by School members and prominent invited speakers. Previous attendees have reported they found the workshops inspiring and informative.
This year's workshop will be held on Friday 24 May.
Please see the Girls Do The Maths page for more information on the workshop.
