The next Women in Mathematics and Statistics Lunch will be held on Thursday 18 May in the UNSW School of Mathematics and Statistics.

We invite all female (and interested male) mathematics staff and students to come along to the lunch and meet other females in your area.

The lunch is also open to staff and students working in mathematical and statistical areas outside the School: please come and join us.

This year's UNSW Sydney Women in Mathematics and Statistics Ambassador, A/Prof Regina Burachik, will be joining us for the lunch. She will also be delivering a public lecture in the afternoon - see below for more details.

A public lecture will be held at 4pm this same afternoon, featuring A/Prof Regina Burachik, the 2017 UNSW Sydney Women in Mathematics and Statistics Ambassador.
