Application form for existing tutors - semester 1

Use this form to indicate your preferences for tutorial classes in semester 1 2018.

This form is only to be used by casual staff who have previously taught in the School of Mathematics and Statistics UNSW or who have been placed on an eligibility list.  Applicants with no previous experience with the School should instead fill out the CASUAL TEACHING ELIGIBILITY LIST APPLICATION form available at www.maths.unsw.edu.au/about/information-sessional-tutors .

 NOTE THAT:

First Year pre-exam consultation roster for semester 2

In order to make up a first year pre-exam consultation roster, please complete the form below by Tuesday of week 13.

The roster will cover the courses:

MATH1011, MATH1081, MATH1131, MATH1231, MATH1241 and MATH1251.
(NB: The Statistics Department will organise the rolster for MATH1041.)

Consultations will run from Monday 30th October to Thursday 16th November and there will be two timeslots per day, 10am-12noon and 2pm-4pm. The exam times are indicated on the form below.
