4D Cone Beam Computed Tomography is an important medical imaging technique, with particular applications in lung cancer radiotherapy. Determining when and where the camera takes images is of high importance to the image quality and dosage of the patient. This talk uses time-expanded decision networks with quadratic integer programming techniques to model the process of taking these images optimally. This solution is also compared to the current method, with significant improvements in image quality.
