The Mathematics Drop-in Centre is a teaching and learning project of the School of Mathematics and Statistics. It is a drop-in centre service for first and second year students currently studying at UNSW. (Note thist this service was formerly known as the Student Support Scheme.)
The Mathematics Drop-in Centre provides free one-on-one tutoring for students. There's no need to register, just drop-in!

This Centre will be open from week 3 to week 13.

Fridays: from 10am to 12pm only
The Centre is located in Room 3064 of the Red Centre. It is located to the left of the main office on the third floor of the centre wing.
All tutors are mathematics students at UNSW (in third year or higher) and are required to meet certain criteria before being allowed to become tutors.
If you want to become a tutor, you should apply to Catheryn Gray (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more information.
Please note that applicants who hold a Doctorate are not able to apply.
There are many topics from school mathematics which we do not teach in first year classes, but which we assume that you know. The worksheets on the Revision Worksheets page are designed to help students learn topics which they may not be coping with.
